Karen Gross
Karen is a Speech Language Pathologist (Governors State University, BHS '96, MHS '99) for the Eisenhower Cooperative in Crestwood, Illinois. She has worked exclusively with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing population throughout her career. Karen works with students at Nathan Hale Intermediate and Nathan Hale Middle Schools in Crestwood. She became a licensed See-the-Sound Visual Phonics trainer in the summer of 2005.
Beth Marta
Beth is a Deaf Educator (Illinois State University, BS '99) for the Eisenhower Cooperative in Crestwood, Illinois. She was a hearing itinerant for one year and taught nine years in a self-contained classroom at Nathan Hale Middle School in Crestwood. Most recently, she has become a stay-at-home mom, keeping busy with her two young sons. Beth became a licensed See-the-Sound Visual Phonics trainer in the summer of 2005.
Sandi Smigel
Sandi is a Deaf Educator (Illinois State University, BS '87) for the Eisenhower Cooperative in Crestwood, Illinois. Sandi has worked with a wide variety of age groups throughout her teaching career. Currently, she is teaching in a self-contained primary classroom at Nathan Hale Primary School in Crestwood. Sandi became a licensed See-the-Sound Visual Phonics trainer in the summer of 2005.
